There are TONS of variables in surfing — winds, currents, tides, crowds. It’s the ocean. It’s not predictable. One variable we can control: our fitness. Towards that end, here is series of full-body metabolic and neuro-kinetic workouts.

After a good session, you’re pumped and exhausted. These will have you feeling the same way, and will pay huge dividends next time you paddle out. Oh yeah, and if you do them regularly, you’ll burn fat, build muscle, be smarter, and find things generally go your way more often.
